Most pizza boxes are made from E-flute, a thin corrugated board that is stiff enough to stack several boxes on a delivery bike and still folds cleanly into a box. Vent holes let the steam out so the base does not go soggy, and a locking front tab keeps the lid shut on the way.

What board are pizza boxes made from?

Can you print our logo and phone number on the lid?
Yes. Most pizzerias print the logo, the phone number and their social media on the lid. You approve a print proof before production.
Why do pizza boxes have vent holes?
A hot pizza gives off steam. Vents let it escape, so the base stays crisp instead of going soggy on the way to the customer.
