What we collect
When you send a quote request, enquiry or job application, we receive what you enter: your name, company, phone number, email, message, product details and any files you attach. We also keep basic technical records (such as your IP address and browser) to protect the website from abuse.
How we use it
- To answer your request, prepare quotes and deliver orders.
- To assess job applications for the role you applied for.
- To keep the website secure and understand, in aggregate, how it is used.
We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Analytics and cookies
With your consent, we use Google Analytics to measure visits in aggregate. You can decline, and the website works the same. A security check by Cloudflare may run when you send a form, to stop spam.
Who can see it
Only our staff who handle enquiries, and service providers that host the website and deliver email on our behalf, under confidentiality.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and attachments are kept as long as needed to answer and follow up, then deleted. Job applications are kept for up to one year unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information you sent. Contact us using the details above.
