Quality · Safety · Sustainability
Quality checked before it leaves the line.
Quality first is our first core value. Every order is checked against your approved specification, made by a trained team, in paper that can be recycled.
Qualifications
Qualified to produce and export.
Eastern Dragon holds full Ethiopian production and export packaging qualifications.
Production & export qualified
Full Ethiopian production and export packaging qualifications.
Model enterprise
Recognised as a Sino-Ethiopia Industrial Cooperation Model Enterprise.
Quality
Four checks on every order.
Board strength
Edge crush and burst checks on board runs, so boxes stack and travel as specified.
Size & fit
Inside dimensions, creases and flaps measured against your approved spec.
Print & colour
Colour, registration and legibility checked against the approved artwork proof.
Count & packing
Every delivery counted, strapped and labelled before dispatch.
Safety
Safe people, steady supply.
A safe factory is a reliable one. Our operators are trained on the machines they run.
Trained operators
Every machine is run by trained staff, with supervision on each shift.
Guarded machinery
Guards and emergency stops on cutting, printing and corrugating equipment.
Protective equipment
Protective gear on the factory floor, where the work needs it.
An organised workshop
Clear walkways and orderly storage keep people and paper safe.
Sustainability
Paper that comes back around.
Single-use plastic bags have been banned in Ethiopia since 31 January 2026. Paper bags and cartons are the recyclable replacement, and we make both in Addis Ababa.
Recyclable by design
Corrugated board and paper are among the most widely recycled packaging materials.
Right-sized, less material
Boxes engineered around your product use only the board they need.
Less waste in production
Efficient cutting layouts keep offcuts to a minimum.
